Navy Planning Yard Program Manager - Insight Global : Job Details

Responsible for the entire contract effort. This individual will review reports, financial data, look at customer contract tasking requirements, progress performance on those. This position will be the communication liaison for the customer, coordinate and direct the management team, and various engineering departments. This person will be overseeing a program management office including 8-10 project managers as well as their direct reports. Knowledge of NAVSEA Command 04 and PMS 321- Experience working within engineering, Navy Planning Yard functions, coordinating navy ship availabilities and Program Management- Experience identifying and planning ship alterations- 15 years of experience with the above requirements- Bachelors degree- Experience as a private sector program manager can supplement planning yard experience- Experience overseeing large contract efforts- Secret Security Clearance
