Role: NC ProgrammerLocation: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)Must Have: (Catia-V5/V6) ExperienceJob Description:Interrogate, analyze, comprehend, and interpret various Engineering Drawings, Models, Bills of Materials, Technical Specifications, Quality Documents, Bell Process Framework, and departmental procedures as necessary to perform assigned work.Provides MCAD operational models and 2D drawings for manufacturing processplanning sequences as requiredProvide process liaison support for manufacturing operations when MCAD modelswith 2D drawings exist as requiredDevelops, Creates and Maintains Tooling/Fixture definition for manufacturingoperations for all media types including MCAD and manual legacy designsExecutes creation and maintenance of CAM programs and operator instructions forNumerical Controlled equipmentResponsible for developing, creating, and maintaining Loft MCAD models, flatpatterns and associated digital tooling programsWorking knowledge of NC Programming, Loft, Engineering, Tool DesignManufacturing and Planning processes and proceduresSkilled in the concept related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerancesSupports producibility assessments when requestedMaintains records and schedules of work assignedWill meet established company cost control standards, schedule and quality requirements to maintain market competitivenessProvide technical assistance to procurement and suppliers as determined by managementExecute strong communication skills, both verbal and written, required to communicate and interact between internal and external customersApply extensive aircraft manufacturing knowledge and be prepared to train, direct,instruct, mentor and check/validate Production Engineering workRequired to attend training and complete competency-based testing as required bymanagement to remain current with technological advancementsQualifications:Four (4) years college or eight (8) years of experience in the aircraft industryDemonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities related to theapplication of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances
