  • Manages multiple processes within the NCWorks system.
  • Manages team processes and integrated services delivery of Goodwill and non-Goodwill team members.
  • Leads and coordinates operating procedures and processes at the NCWorks comprehensive centers.
  • Determine goals and identify areas of improvement for teams and NCWorks service delivery through a partnership process.
  • Manages daily operations and outcomes for contracts and grants for NCWorks programs.
  • Acts as daily point of contact for contracted partners.
  • Leads oversight of center staffing, training, and coordination with compliance duties/reporting.
  • Guides strategic vision for NCWorks service delivery with input from the AVP, of Mission Advancement, the NCWorks Director, and contracting partner.
  • Coordinates facility needs to include maintenance within NCWorks centers, relocation of sites, signage, etc.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
Education RequirementsBachelor's Degree, required.Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of program management, operations management, and/or grant experience required.
  • Experience developing and maintaining external partner relationships.
  • Experience working in compliance (grants and scholarships).
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience required.
  • Knowledge of NCWorks One-Stop Operations and Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act legislation.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Excellent critical thinking and time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and understanding of deadlines.
  • Understanding of Goodwill's brand and overall brand awareness.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Partnership and business development skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills (coaching and leading teams).
  • Ability to assist with mission strategy development.
  • Assists with manual labor tasks when needed.
  • Must be able to travel 50-75%.
