We are currently seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as a non-medical caregiver at Visiting Angels. As a caregiver, you will have the rewarding opportunity to help seniors and individuals with disabilities maintain their independence and quality of life while living in the comfort of their own homes. We provide in the field training, along with a 6-week mentor program to ensure caregivers are confident in their skill set.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Provide companionship, meaningful conversation, and emotional support to clients.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands.
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing and grooming, if needed.
• Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior.

Requirements:

• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
