Neighborhood Services Officer - City of Lee's Summit Missouri : Job Details

The Neighborhood Service Officer, under the general supervision of the Codes Administration Manager, performs a variety of routine and complex duties regarding the interpretation, inspection and enforcement of adopted property codes and related rules and regulations. Requirements High School Diploma or GED and one year of enforcement or inspections related experience. Valid state motor vehicle operators license and acceptable driving record required. International Code Council (ICC) Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector Certification within 12 months of employment required.
