Our US recruiting team seeks to hire a bright, enthusiastic, and collegial professional with a passion for “good process” and an ability to coordinate action plans that ensure clear communication and optimized outcomes. The Recruiting team interacts with many colleagues across the firm to provide related best-practices guidance and recruiting leadership. This Coordinator function is a critical role for NERA.Recruiting Team ResponsibilitiesAssist with coordination of on/off-campus, virtual, and Ph.D. recruiting activitiesInterface regularly with NERA professionals and candidatesScreen potential candidates and extend verbal offers, where appropriateManage scheduling and logistics for candidate interviewsCompile interview feedback and generate related reportsDraft offer letters (templates) and supporting offer documentsPost and manage job descriptions at schools and on job boardsSource candidate materials through the Handshake platform and create related filesTrack and report on candidates' status within the Workday applicant systemAssist with maintaining recruiting analysis and metricsManage the Recruiting team email inbox and related correspondencesProcess candidate expense reports and department invoicesOccasionally represent NERA at campus events, as neededWHO YOU ARECollegial, proactive, results-oriented with an emphasis on attention to detail, eager to add valueExperience within a Recruiting or Human Resources team at a professional services, consulting, or financial services firmExcellent communications skills (oral and written)Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and complete tasksProficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookExperience with ATS / HRIS; Workday and/or Handshake is preferredUndergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or other related studies, from a well-regarded college/universityWHAT WE OFFERThe opportunity to have a meaningful impact, working closely with a varied group of stakeholders throughout the firmCollegial culture, the opportunity for continuous learning, training, and career growthCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, commuter benefits, etc.)WHO WE ARERanked by Vault as the top Economic Consulting firm in the US, NERA Economic Consulting (www.nera.com) is a global firm of experts dedicated to applying economic, finance, and quantitative principles to complex business and legal challenges.NERA's clients value our ability to apply and communicate state-of-the-art approaches clearly and convincingly, our commitment to delivering unbiased findings, and our reputation for quality and independence.
