Netsuite Business Systems Manager / Implementation SME

Leading the implementation team at a leading wealth management firm, you will collaborate with NetSuite Alliance Partner consultants to manage a global NetSuite implementation project. This includes active participation in the planning and execution phases, along with providing crucial post-implementation support.

You will work closely with key stakeholders across finance, operations, IT, and other departments to gather requirements, define business processes, and ensure that the NetSuite system aligns with the strategic objectives of the firm. Additionally, you will oversee critical project components such as system configuration, customization, data migration, and integration with existing systems to ensure smooth functionality throughout the deployment.

In this role, you will take full ownership of project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Acting as the primary point of contact for external NetSuite consultants and vendors, you will ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include providing hands-on support during the implementation phase, troubleshooting issues, conducting system testing, and validating the functionality of the new ERP system. You will be instrumental in ensuring the timely resolution of issues that arise during deployment, and will guide the team through the implementation process to ensure success.

As a trusted advisor within the firm, you will lead internal training sessions to ensure that teams are well-prepared for the successful adoption and ongoing use of NetSuite after the system is live. You will also be responsible for continuously evaluating the ERP system and working with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement to meet the evolving needs of the business. Experience with global NetSuite deployments and familiarity with the unique challenges of the financial services industry are essential for this role.
