Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Network Administrator :

• Provide hands-on support for CISCO routers, switches, and circuits
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain proactive communication with team members and managers
• Travel to various facilities within the region, with travel constituting approximately 75% of the role
• Work remotely when not traveling, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
• Maintain and troubleshoot data and telephony systems

Required Skills for Network Administrator :

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Network Administrator
• Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting CISCO routers, switches, and circuits
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to take initiative and work proactively
• One or more of the following certifications: CCNA, Security +, Network +
