Network Administrator - Saxon Global : Job Details

This is a 12 month contract with Roswell Cancer Institute. Remote. All visa. This is a Jr role. Proxy candiate okay. Network Administrator with healthcare client experience or healthcare insurance experience. CTG is seeking an experienced F5 Administrator/Network Administrator to manage and maintain our company's F5 networking infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting F5 load balancers, firewalls, and application delivery controllers to ensure the high availability, security, and performance of our network applications. Collaborate with other network and system administrators to ensure seamless integration of F5 devices with the overall network infrastructure. Work closely with application development teams and analyst to understand and meet application delivery requirements. Healthcare experience is a plus. Internet/Edge Network Administration: •Advances understanding and administration of public IPv4 networks. •Vase understanding of DMZ subnets and publicly accessible networks. •Understanding of NAT and PAT concepts as it related to traffic patterns into and out of organizations public infrastructure. •Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls. F5 Configuration and Administration: •Configure and maintain F5 BIG-IP load balancers, application delivery controllers, and firewalls to optimize application delivery. •Implement SSL certificates and SSL offload configurations. •Manage F5 iRules and iApps to automate application delivery and security policies. •Monitor and adjust traffic flow, making necessary changes to ensure optimal performance and failover. Security policies: •Implement and maintain policies on F5 devices. •Building VIPs to support wide arrange of applications, internal and external. •Collaborate with the security team to ensure that F5 devices are configured to their requirements. Troubleshooting: •Investigate and resolve network and application performance issues related to F5 devices. •Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical incidents and escalations. Documentation and Reporting: •Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes. •Generate reports on network performance and recommend improvements. Collaboration •Collaborate with other network and system administrators to ensure seamless integration of F5 devices with the overall network infrastructure. •Work closely with application development teams and analyst to understand and meet application delivery requirements. Required Skills •1 year in a 24x7 high-availability production environment •Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience •Strong written and oral English communication skills with an ability to facilitate meetings, present information to a variety of audiences and explain complex/technical items in simple terms •Business knowledge of insurance industry is a plus
