Network Administrator, Status Solutions LLC We are looking for an experienced IT professional to join the Status Solutions team! The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining information technology systems (including Server, LAN/ WAN and VoIP Systems) within a SaaS organization. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication skills, consistently engage in open and honest feedback, as well as practice team collaboration in all aspects of their day-to-day. - Provides support as needed for Status Solutions staff to ensure all systems and technology is operating effectively to execute day to day operations.
- Work directly with end users to provide support for devices (laptops, mobile phones, and tablets).
- Distributes company provided technology to all new hires.
- Collects company issued equipment upon termination.
- Keeps log of equipment that is currently in use by employees.
- Manages and administers software tools for employees.
- Possesses an adaptable mindset to tackle issues as they arise in a fast-paced environment.
- Stays up to date on equipment/software knowledge to make recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Oversees email administration and handles user maintenance, distribution lists, resources, domain, and spam controls.
- Manages the Network Attached Storage (NAS) for employee data backup.
- Administers WIFI Network including performance analysis (Spectrum Analysis) for Status Solutions offices and select customer sites.
- Collaborates with other teams to troubleshoot technical issues both internally and at customer sites, to engineer and map projects.
- Maintains servers, equipment, and network infrastructure within the Westerville office.
Requirements
- Associates degree or 3-5 experience in helpdesk, desktop support, and/or network administration.
- Preferred Certifications:
- Cisco CCNA Routing and switching
- Strong understanding of network architecture, server administration, and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux server operating systems.
- Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
