Overview of position:
FEDITC is seeking a Network Administrator to work in the Texarkana, TX area. A United States Citizenship and an active Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
- NIPRNET administration and repair services.
- Act as a Senior System Administrator (SSA) to augment Government personnel assigned to the RRAD Information Assurance Division and keep the RRAD NIPRNET network infrastructure functioning properly.
- Will operate under the guidance of the Government Network Manager who has overall responsibility for the network.
- Network troubleshooting and problem resolution shall be conducted in accordance with Army regulations 25-1 and 25-2.
- Analyzing network statistics and troubleshooting complex network issues from the router to the user workstation, switch and router troubleshooting and configuration.
- VPN local troubleshooting and ticket handling.
- Cisco enterprise equipment RMA management.
- Completing user move/add/change operations.
- Configuring newly expanded parts of the RRAD NIPRNET necessary for RRAD production operations (e.g. a production line moving between buildings).
- Other support duties as needed/directed.
Experience/Skills:
- Must be verifiably skilled in all underlying DIVS technologies, including Oracle, SQL, .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, and Apache Tomcat.

- CompTIA Security+
- Cisco (or Army-sponsored equivalent) Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA) certifications
Clearance:
- Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check.
- Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC'S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
