Are you an experienced IT professional ready to take on an exciting challenge? Our client is seeking a LAN Administrator to join their Akron/Cleveland office for a 1-year+ contract opportunity.

Role Overview:

As a LAN Administrator, you'll support and maintain computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure in a dynamic, multi-platform environment. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting PCs and Local Area Network issues, assisting end users, and managing support tickets.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with mobile workforce and data communications
• Proficiency in computer hardware, software applications, and operating systems
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN network protocols
• Familiarity with Office365
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or certifications like CompTIA A+ or MCSE Desktop Infrastructure
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs and travel to company locations (less than 25%, as needed)
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
