This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Include: Assist in managing the processing system, including daily workflows and maintenance tasks. Install, troubleshoot, and repair network hardware, including memory chips and network cards. Implement updates to the external website as requested by departments. Assist in creating and maintaining network documentation and policies. Support management during audits by internal and external entities. Qualifications: An Associates Degree in related field required; Bachelors Degree preferred. Experience in IT, data centers, or network support. CompTIA A and Networking certifications. Experience using help desk ticketing systems and strong time management skills.
