Job Description :
Job Title: Network Security Architect Location: USA - Remote Duration: / Term: 6+ months - Contract Job Description:
  • Provide architectural oversight for complex deployment including capacity planning, appliance placement, segmentation, and functional separation
  • Conceptualize and develop a platform architecture to meet the business needs
  • Work closely with the Security team and internal design meetings and calls.
  • Create and present solution architectures to internal groups
  • Assist in troubleshooting deployment problems when deep expertise is required
  • Effectively deliver presentations to internal customers and senior management.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and training material
  • Design and implement network security solutions using ForeScout technology
  • Troubleshoot network security issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network security compliance
  • Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in network security
Qualifications:
  • Forescout Certified Engineer (FSCE) Certification
  • 8+ years of experience in technical roles such as professional services, 2nd level customer support, or technical sales engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying technical solutions in a large-scale complex environment
  • 5+ years of experience in network security architecture
  • Hands-on experience with ForeScout products
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and security best practices
  • Experience with a NAC (Aruba Clearpass and Cisco ISE) environment is strongly desired.
  • Experience installing, managing, and supporting production network and computer security systems comprised of multiple network hardware and software.
  • Strong understanding of Routing, Switching, 802.1X, 802.1Q VLAN, VPN, LAN, WAN, RADIUS and Network Security.
  • High level knowledge of Linux/UNIX operating systems.
  • Knowledge of security standards, procedures, and technologies
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications, comfortable communicating with audiences of varying levels of management; ability establish rapport, and gain respect and collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, root cause analysis, and creative problem-solving ability.
  • A self-motivated individual with a 'can do' attitude, seeing the big picture, creative and collaborative.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Network administrator experience and network security experience is a plus.
  • Security and Network certification such as CISSP, SSCP, GIAC or CCIE is a plus.
  • Healthcare provider industry experience is preferred
  • BA or BS degree or 3+ years of experience with IT in a professional work environment in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
  • Network security with ForeScout experience
