Position: Neuro ICU Registered NursesLocation: Rochester, NYSalary details: $90,000 - $125,000Shift: NightsICU or Neuro ICU RN Responsibilities:- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the ICU and/or Neuro ICU setting- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, and report changes to the healthcare team- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve nursing skills and knowledgeICU RN Qualifications:- Valid RN license in the state of New York- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the ICU and/or Neuro ICU setting- BLS and ACLS certification- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-stress environment- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as neededWe offer competitive salary and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
