• Prospect and market new home listings effectively
• Present new homes professionally and enthusiastically
• Understand the home loan and homebuilding processes
• Utilize training materials to enhance your sales skills
• Maintain excellent communication and rapport with clients

Qualifications:

• Real Estate license preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Proven closing and negotiation skills
• Enthusiastic and energetic approach to sales
