Job Description Education Required: High School Diploma or EquivalentSkills Required: Office Management Travel Arrangements Data Entry Supply ordering OnboardingShould be able to provide office support and complete clerical work to meet the department goals including: Assist leadership with the management of office and personnel responsibilities, including on-boarding of new personnel Help staff management to track case progress and deadlines Review and manage office voicemail Assist with and track correspondence with covered agencies and other stakeholders Conduct initial phone calls with members of the public and people reporting law enforcement misconduct Help coordinate and arrange for meetings and witness interviews Make travel arrangements and prepare travel vouchers as requested Manage and process expense reimbursement for staff Assist with recruitment for new staff by coordinating interviews and gathering applications for the interviewers Prepare reports detailing unit activities, workload, and personnel requirements Order supplies, help with on boarding of new hires, Interns, schedule meetings, etc.*Offers are contingent upon successful completion of background check requirements*No parking provided at this location.
