Job Description Description:Streaming Duties: update all artist profiles across DSP's; gather & maintain artist assets for partner needs; handle all Hit List and release schedule submissions; manage pitch tools for all DSP's; and create and distribute release recaps Publicity Duties: Research, clip, and circulate relevant press hits to staff; keep up with relevant industry/entertainment news; field incoming media requests and handle accordingly; process department invoices, PO's, expenses, order office supplies; assist and work at label and special events; coordinate servicing of advanced music and press materials; maintain/update publicity database and materialsSkills:Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of the company at all levels and with external partners Strong administrative, organizational and creative skills Strong computer skills are a plus - understanding of Microsoft Office Ability to work under high pressure and speed Great social and interpersonal skills Ability to keep information highly confidential Must be flexible and able to multi-task1-2 years of administrative experience is a plusEducation: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or Communications
