Job Description • Separating and opening mail• Prepping documents for scanning• Handling some glass copies.Requirements:• Previous work history on 3rd shift is required.• Ability to read and understand instructions in English.• Basic computer knowledge for training and transitioning to scanning on computer machines.• Typing skills and basic PC skills.• Ability to work in a team environment, maintaining positive and productive relationships.• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.• Ability to perform repetitive tasks according to set procedures while maintaining quality and output standards.• Availability to work 8 to 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays, depending on work volume.Desired:• Experience in the same industry is a plus• Knowledge of printing and scanning equipment is appreciated.Parking: Free parking is available.Dress Code: • Business casual• Closed-toed shoes required; no crocs.• Jeans free from tears are acceptable; no leggings or gym/active wear.• No graphic designs with offensive content or political statements.Environment:• Lifting items ranging from 10 to 50 lbs, with assistance available for heavier items.• Standing, sitting, bending, twisting, and lifting as required.• Operating in a production facility environment.• No cellphones in the facility; they must be silenced and kept in lockers until break and lunch.• Lunch Break: Half Hour• Bring lunch as only 30 minutes are allotted for the break.Facilities: Vending machines, refrigerators, and microwaves available on site.
