Job Description *****Drug screen & criminal background check will be requiredThis position provides communications research, writing, project and event support for the U.S. Communications team. The individual will be an active participant and contributor to the work of the team. The U.S. Communications team enables growth and drives reputation with communications in support of business goals, including brand and corporate communications, media relations and employee engagement. We collaborate and partner with our three divisions and across the U.S. to share stories across channels (PESO) about how the organization is working to achieve its Vision of Health for all, Hunger for none.EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related fieldSKILL & COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS Excellent written and verbal communications skills that display innovative and creative thinking and attention to detail (writing sample required) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, manage competing deadlines, and be proactive Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with others Proficiency with MS Office suitePREFERENCES Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter) and YouTube Familiarity with any of the following tools or similar: Canva (content design), Sprinklr (social media), SiteCore or WordPress (content management), Bazaarvoice (digital commerce), AI toolsPOSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Create, draft, edit, and / or publish content, including written, visual, video and digital communications Collect and analyze research and data to develop insights for content development or as performance indicators Provide support for onsite or local Company sponsored events as needed Support development of new tools and approaches or improvements to existing
