Position Purpose: A Customer Service Associate at Performance Foodservice is vital to the success of our Company. As a part of the sales support team, this position is the first point of contact for all customers that have questions about their order, our products or about the client. They act as a liaison between the customer and the Sales Account Representative as well as internal departments.
