Pay rate is determine based on skills required, years of experience and specific Client requirements.**Telecommuting may be allowed at the discretion of the hiring managerExperience Required: 3 years of experience in analyzing data and developing presentations and reports for legal or compliance teams. 1 year of experience coordinating cross-divisional projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 1 year of supervisory experience leading a team. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Finance, Law, Mathematics, Political Science, Public Administration, Public Policy, Risk Management or Statistics. Skills Required: Develop metrics and reports. Data analysis. High-level competency in Excel (e.g., advanced formulas). Ability to translate complex business requirements to technical specifications for IT. Highly motivated and effective working autonomously and as part of cross-functional teams. Ability to multi-task across projects while maintaining a high-quality work product. Statistical Analyst Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Analyze and understand business requirements to design and implement cross-divisional projects. Coordinate and collaborate with information technology and business teams relating to data sources, metrics, analytics, and reports. Design and prepare periodic reports and presentations related to regulatory compliance and cybersecurity intelligence, as per requirements details in official policies. Use technical expertise to automate manual processes and reporting. Compile and compute data according to statistical formulas for use in data analysis and/or statistical studies. Work with complex data sets to understand problems and recommend procedures while using various analytical and statistical approaches. Prepare business analytics and assist in preparing metrics and reporting. Respond to ad hoc requests for data, aggregations, and visualizations. Conduct research and analysis of data, definitions and usage, system flows, and challenges. Develop documentation including data dictionaries, policies, and procedures. * Telecommuting may be allowed at the discretion of the hiring manager* The Department does not provide parking, but the office is accessible by mass transit.
