Job Description Description:Can you give a high-level overview of your team size, roles, its initiatives/deliverables, and any tool/technologies specific to your team/department/project they will be supporting: The internal team is approximately 18 people with various roles (Project Management, Engineering, Plant Management, etc.)The primary deliverable is installation of new gas turbine technology at an existing power plant. This individual would be working primarily with MS Project to coordinate Client and contractor schedules during plant outage planning and through plant outage construction.What would a day in the life of this role look like?: Receiving Client and contractor schedule updates (via email or MS Project file), incorporating those updates into a master schedule, determining schedule variance from those updates, and meeting with Client personnel to discuss schedule changesWhat interaction level with this role have the team members and hiring manager? Heavy focus on scheduling and follow up with contractor and Client project leads. Secondary work focus may include data management and material tracking.
