Job Description Description:Responsible for user liaison, system specifications, systems design, analysis, and project control. May also interact with Analysts and Programmers through implementation phases and occasionally assist in programming effort. Provide key link between ultimate userand computing resource. Participate in and document planning and evaluation meetings. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and other follow up documentation as needed. Able to juggle and prioritize numerous tasks from multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Assisting and working with clients in data preparation. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in requirements and communicate to project teams. Interact with other project resources and coordinate resources when needed. Comfortable leading web and face-to-face training and meetingsDay-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload • Processing of data requests, services, calendaring of key dates, and submit filings.• Analyze, review, and monitor regulatory materials for organization, clarity, consistency, and timeliness to meet regulatory deadlines and legal requirements• Create and maintain various detailed records for tracking purposes and stats.• Review, monitor, and analyze regulatory agency decisions, rulings, and orders for key dates and legal requirements.• Assisting the team and/or attorney in preparation for hearings by identifying, organizing, printing and transmitting all necessary documentation.• Analyze, prioritizing work among administrative and clerical resources by arranging for additional manpower of outside vendors and/or overtime as required to meet schedule and resolve administrative problems.• The selected candidate will be expected to fly to San Francisco, Sacramento, or Washington DC to assist with hearings, which includes maintaining detailed indices, communicating schedules, preparing hearing notes, keeping cross exam times, and other miscellaneous duties.• Organizing, carrying, and carting boxes of documents up to 25lbs for hearings or preparationRequired Skills/Attributes • Three years of experience in an analytical, administrative, project management role or project coordination.• Experience working in a high-pressure environment, under continual deadline pressure, changing priorities, deadlines, and requirements.• Be able to work overtime with minimal notice.• Experience reviewing complex data, including confidentiality with the ability to provide recommendations, alternative solutions, and process improvement ideas.• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Outlook or an equivalent e-mail application.Desired Skills/Attributes • Experience with regulatory matters, law, or utility operations.• General knowledge of Company structure, objectives and policies relating to state and federal• Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.• Ability to take the initiative and utilize good judgement in anticipating and solving problems and providing solutions.• Must have strong oral and written communication skills, and be customer focused, to understand and appropriately respond to project manager's and clients' business needs and interface effectively and/or collaborate with others as well as work independently.
