Job Description Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Required Skills: • Demonstrated experience using Calypso • Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) • Work hours: Monday through Friday from 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm Preferred skills: • Experience in using Zone3, and Measure Mind software • 1+ year of experience in a Medical Device manufacturing environment • Experience with SolidWorks Receiving Inspection CMM Technician for the Manufacturing Technical Operations division located in Houston, TX • The Receiving Inspection CMM Technician V will create metrology programs using CALYPSO and/or Zone3 software for the inspection of surgical products using Zeiss CMMs and OGP Visual Measurement Systems within the quality organization. The Receiving Inspection CMM Technician V will also perform: • Measurements to support the GR&R analysis of the inspection routines • Create standardized work instructions and report templates to ensure high quality and robust inspection process • Hands-on support of Incoming Inspection to confirm visual and dimensional Out of Specifications of received products • Promote cooperation and teamwork within the quality control department through open, candid communication and timely coordination
