As a vital part of Franchise business unit, this team specializes in chargebacks and fraud prevention, handling customer inquiries, resolving disputes, reviewing arbitration and compliance cases, educating clients on chargeback processing, and consulting with internal and external stakeholders while continuously evolving chargeback and arbitration rules.Responsibilities:In this role, you will primarily review and rule on chargeback arbitration cases related to cardholder disputes, fraud, technical details and questionable merchant activities. You will also assist with general customer inquiries and resolve minor issues as needed. Collaboration with the Dispute Resolution team and a strong focus on customer needs are essential, along with a background in chargebacks or fraud investigations.
