Individuals applying for the role must have worked for their local Operator for at least six months prior to applying. If accepted into FTS position, you can work at a maximum of eight Chick-fil-A, Inc. Training Events each year, staying up to three weeks at each event. Primarily responsible for training new Team Members in Front of House(FOH), Drive-Thru, Back of House (BOH) and/or Prep. This assignment is open to FTS1 and FTS2 candidates. The compensation for this position is $20 per hour (FTS1) or $22 per hour (FTS2), plus a daily per diem.
