Egon Zehnder International Inc. seeks a full-time New York Office Administrator and Administrative Liaison based in New York, NY. Responsible for facilitating collaboration and cooperation between the Executive Assistants (EAs), Consultants and Researchers. Requires 4 years of related experience as a Personal Assistant. Must also have 24 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) supporting marketing initiatives, proposal generation, candidate generation, candidate evaluation, and integration; (2) managing timelines and ensuring that all information is captured adequately in the firms Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; (3) producing high quality client and candidate deliverables, which involves using the highly confidential information provided by key clients about their companies and search criteria; (4) training and on-boarding new staff members of the staff by sharing processes, tools, and methods; and (5) handling confidential matters and following-through on time-sensitive projects to successful completion and client satisfaction.
