Position Type: Stipend Position/Next Steps Team MemberDate Posted: 7/15/2024Location: Transition - Orland ParkDate Available: 08/05/2024Closing Date: Until filled SOUTHWEST COOK COUNTY COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION JOB DESCRIPTION TITLE: NEXT STEPS Team Member REPORTS TO: Transition Supervisor, DRS Coordinator SUPERVISES: N/A QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with transition planning Experience working with adult agencies Experience presenting to a group Experience working with children EVALUATION: Conducted on an annual basis in accordance with Cooperative guidelines TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Length of employment, salary and benefits determined by the Board of Directors of SWCCCASE Technical Skills
  • Plans, organizes and presides over transition planning trainings
  • Plans and organizes guest speakers
  • Communicates in an effective and positive manner with colleagues, learners and visitors
  • Confers with team on a regular basis regarding program needs
