Job Description :

NG911 Business Process SME to join our NYC OTI Team located in Brooklyn, NY. Rate: Market Onsite Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice to the New York City NG9-1-1 team in all aspects of NG9-1- including and especially Call Handling System Integration.
Provide business process methodology expertise to the NYPD and FDNY for design, system implementation and testing.
Assist in the development of use cases and call flows for all types of NG9-1-1 calls.
Support the NG9-1-1 Call Handling requirements and validation of required standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12 years of experience in a particular technical and/or business application, product, platform, methodology or skill set.
At least 8 years of hands-on experience at senior level as an audio/telephony systems SME.
Extensive experience in the following technology areas: Public Safety systems, Quality Assurance, Systems Design, Development, Integration and Testing
