Niche Support Personnel - Trade support Basic (1-3 years) - ATR International : Job Details

We are seeking Trade support Basic for a very important client Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), an area within the Commercial Bank (CB), provides a controlled, efficient environment for executing the bank's syndicated loan business in a client focused and cost effective manner Delaware Wholesale Loan Ops is the component within the broader organization that focuses on providing operational support for the many businesses involved with the syndicated loan product.This includes but is not limited to credit trading, IB Risk and Syndicated and Leveraged Finance, all of which have a global presence and are supported out of the Delaware Operations hub.Ongoing Responsibilities:•Support the servicing of complex and non-standard loan products that require extra diligence and critical thinking. •Communicate frequently with the various front and middle offices to ensure seamless support of the business.•Work closely with Financial and Product control to ensure accurate reflection of month end income/P&L.•Action all scheduled and unscheduled loan activity on a daily basis.•Monitor and investigate cash and other exceptions such as past due loans, payable & receivable balances, and other items that pose financial risk to the firm.Requirement:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong teamwork skills•Control Oriented•Prioritize workload efficiently•Detail orientated individual that can work effectively under pressure•Strong attention to detail•Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload•Strong problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills•Results driven•Basic accounting knowledge•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Prior knowledge of loan product or trading operations is desired
