* Overseeing the night audit process, including balancing financial records and ensuring operational accuracy.
* Assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and providing excellent service.
* Communicating hotel services, amenities, and promotions to guests.
* Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
