The Hotel Indigo and Holiday Inn Express is currently looking for a dynamic, and customer service driven individual for the position of Night Audit / Front Desk Agent. This person must be detailed orientated and have excellent people skills. Requirements The job duties included but are not limited to: Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report data by auditing Micros tapes and journals to breakdown revenue, covers, waiters' fees, tips paid out, and settlements by type and cashier. • Run audit reports and journals from all credit card and computer systems. • Input revenue, expenses, and allowance to generate required daily reports such as the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary. • Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for the next day's operations.
