To ensure all revenue is posted to the correct departments and to balance al revenue departments on a daily basis, and complete all necessary reports - Essential Job Functions: - - - - - - Performs all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis. - - - - - Performs and attributes all required audit reports. - - - - - Verifies the status of all wake-up call requests and ensures they are properly handled. - - - - - Balances all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift. - - - - - Prepares the front office for the 'A' shift and reset days business. - - - - - Acts as a Guest Service representative during the night time hours. - - - - - Acts as the manager on duty during the night time hours. - - - - - Attends and actively participates in all front office meetings. - - - - - Participates in all training and cross training programs. - - - - - Acts as PBX operator during the audit shift. - - - - - Assists breakfast attendant by setting up breakfast area as needed. - - - - - - Performs other related duties as required. - - - - - Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner. - - - - - Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy. - - - - - Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties. - TOP Requirements: - - - - - - - Team Up, Own It and Passionately Serve!
