Responsible for the front office operation during the overnight shift. Primary responsibilities include registering guests, making reservations, preparing daily reports, check-in/check-out processes, balancing transactions, and always maintaining Sunseeker standards and policies.All duties are performed in accordance with department and Sunseeker Resorts policies, practices, and procedures. Job Duties

• Conduct night audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions and generating reports for management.
• Balance and audit all room tax charges, cashier reports, and guest house accounts for accuracy.
• Administer guest payment policies and look for errors from the day shifts.
• Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures.
• Conduct night audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions and generating reports for management.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs promptly and efficiently, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to address guest needs and ensure seamless operations during the night shift.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and tact.
• Monitor the property and respond to any security or safety issues that may arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Assume Front Office Ambassador duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum RequirementsCombination of Education and Experience will be considered.Sunseeker Resorts performs criminal background checks on all candidates. • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of Front Office/Night Audit experience.
• Experience with Forbes Star, AAA, and Four Diamond standard a plus.

• Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to function well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines
• Must possess mature personal discretion and sound judgment
• Strong leadership abilities, sound judgment, superior problem solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical and project management skills, with particular attention to quality and detail
