About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at VIP Hospitality Group LLC in Lincoln City, OR. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Perform nightly audit of the hotel's daily transactions and financials

Verify and balance entries and records of financial transactions

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Maintain security by monitoring surveillance cameras and conducting regular property walks

Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and staff

Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office
