Join our guest services team, the heartbeat of our business and the warmth our guests remember long after their stay.
Specific responsibilities include:
Ensuring the safety, security and service of guests and property during the night hours
Printing reports for management relating to following day's business
Checking all reservations expected for following day, ensuring that billing and routing is correct
Providing simple food and beverage service for members and guests as requested
Regularly checking the resort with regard to safety and security issues – lights, fires, obstructions etc.
Answering telephones and routing calls appropriately
This is a Full-Time position at The American Club working weekdays and weekends. Typical shifts vary between 9:00pm and 7:00am.
Skills/Requirements
High school diploma required
Prior night audit and guest experience preferred
Competency with computers and knowledge of basic accounting functions
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
The hourly wage for this position is $21.00 The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
