Night Awake Aide, Per Diem - Lower Eastside Service Center : Job Details

DescriptionBASIC FUNCTION: Supervises and accounts for nightly activities of the clients within a residential treatment program.MAJOR DUTIES:* Provides night supervision for the clients and be responsible for the clients' night time activities.* Serves as a positive role model.* Maintains a daily log on the activities.* Participates as a team member in at least one staff meeting per month.* Fills in for other night awake aides who are on leave.RequirementsQUALIFICATION - EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:* High School Diploma, GED and/or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and/or training and experience.* Good interpersonal skills and ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner.* CPR and Narcan Training Preferred* Takes charge of clients in a sensitive manner, as not to interfere or prohibit the meaningful progress of the clients* Experience in residential treatment settings preferred.SCHEDULE: Per Diem - 11PM-7AM coverageLOCATION: New York, NY 10002RATE: $18.50 - $19.50 / hourlyTo join our diverse team, please include salary requirements with your resume/application submission.Please visit us at www.lesc.orgEEO Minorities/Women/Disabled/Vet
