Night Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with evening and nighttime personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).

• Support with evening routines like meal preparation, light housekeeping, and preparing for bedtime.

• Provide companionship to improve clients emotional well-being.

• Help with mobility and physical support as needed during nighttime hours.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment.

What Were Looking For:

• Nighttime availability (including late evenings and overnights).

• Compassionate individuals with a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to form meaningful connections with clients.

• Ability to treat seniors with dignity, respect, and a professional, empathetic approach.

• Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.

• Ability to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screening.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.

• Caregiving experience preferred but not requiredwell train the right person!

Preferred Qualifications:

• Six months of caregiving experience in homes or facilities (preferred but not required).

• Experience supporting older adults with various care needs.

• COVID-19 vaccination.
