Frequent bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, turning, and crouching. Occasional sitting, crawling, and climbing. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs intermittently. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.Other: Ability to recognize equipment malfunction. Ability to follow written and verbal direction effectively. Shares responsibility for holiday, extended day and weekend activities with other staff based upon supervisor approval. Ability to work modified assignments as necessary. Adhere to District's Policies and Procedures.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIESSweeps, dusts, vacuums, empties trash/recycle bins and pencil sharpeners, arranges furniture, and cleans white boards.Washes walls, floors, woodwork, and windows; cleans and polishes metal surfaces.Cleans, sanitizes, and deodorizes restrooms and locker rooms.Sets up furniture and/or equipment for activities.Delivers and moves supplies, equipment, and furniture; assembling when necessary.Observes and reports repair needs of fixtures, furnishings, and equipment.Performs minor repairs.Responsible for the locking/securing of building assigned when vacant.Follows safety procedures.Promotes a positive image of the West Central School District.Performs other duties as assigned.A post-offer criminal background check is required.EVALUATIONSThis job performance will be evaluated in accordance with provisions as outlined in District policy and/or procedure.DISCLAIMER: The preceding description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required.
