We offer a distinctive role where you can utilize your nursing skills in a supportive, non-clinical setting. This position focuses on direct support and personal interaction rather than traditional clinical tasks.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Provide Direct Support: Deliver personalized care and services, advocating for the individuals with disabilities in your care.
  • Create a Positive Environment: Establish a nurturing, secure space that supports self-expression and personal goals.
  • Facilitate Independence: Help individuals develop skills for daily living and participate fully in their community.
  • Support Job Placement: Assist with job searches, resume building, and preparation for interviews to help individuals enter the workforce.
  • Maintain Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure a clean, safe environment and assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, as needed.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with regulations and best practices to provide high-quality service.Qualifications:
    • Compassionate and dedicated to making a difference in individuals' lives
    • Ability to maintain professional relationships with various stakeholders
    • Comfortable with administrative tasks, including record-keeping and compliance
