Night Specialist - Full Time - QuickChek Fresh Convenience : Job Details

Provide exceptional customer service and tend to customers in a prompt, efficient, friendly manner. Prepare all food and grab-and-go items to QuickChek standards. Ensure items are in stock, fresh, and meet quality standards. Comply with all corporate sanitation guidelines at all times. Keep up-to-date on new policies and procedures. Attend all mandatory/scheduled store meetings. Enforce and practice Loss Prevention policies. Communicate any questions, concerns, or issues to the Night Leader timely. Keep store products in stock and set to planogram. Maintain a clean, clutter-free store at all times. Sweep, mop, and clean, as necessary. Ensure all equipment is operational and call for service when necessary. Perform and ensure proper techniques for food preparation, cash handling, and all other procedures are met. Packs out, prices, and faces deliveries. Properly operates the cash register and lottery machine. Processes voids, returns, and customer complaints.
