Job Duties include:

• Excellent with customer service in all areas
• Able to multitask while keep orginization with your duties
• Able to manage phone calls timely with appropriate person, and take messages with follow up.
• Oversees medical records process, scans paper documents into medical records.
• Work with insurances for preauthorizations and medical records requests.
• Other duties as assigned
