Overtime over 40 hours per week workedPay: $20 / Hour BASE RATE, plus case pick incentive*, average of $257 per bi-weekly pay period in pick incentives.*Pickers earned an average of $257 per bi-weekly pay period in pick incentives*Average total earnings for a Night Warehouse Selector was $56,875$500 retention bonus at 90 days & 6 months of employment!Benefit Eligible: comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, & Prescription; 401k with company match; Paid Time Off; 9 Paid Holidays; and more!Position Information: Responsible for properly, carefully and efficiently palletizing product for deliveryPrimary Contribution to Amoskeag Beverages:Accurately selecting the product through voice-pick and palletizingWhen building pallets, pull oldest product first, rotating stockMinimize or eliminate any damaged product by handling product carefullyWrap all pallets tightly in plastic wrapDuties and Responsibilities:NO product that is damaged is to be selected and palletized for orderAll pallets that are built will have NO single cases buried in between other cases that cannot be seen by the receiver at the customer locationNote any product not in stock, therefore not selected for order and eliminate any mis-picks or NOT's (not on truck)At the end of the shift, make sure all product is leveled off; floors are swept; debris is placed in the proper receptacles; pallets are stacked according to brewery; cooler is cleanSafely operate equipment you are authorized and certified to use (if you are not certified, report to your supervisor in order to be certified at the next class)Act in a safe manner, stretching before work, lifting appropriately so as to avoid any injuriesInspect your equipment, daily and inform your supervisor of any maintenance issue or malfunctionsReport any accidents, near misses or property damage, immediately, to your supervisorLeave your shift when ALL work is completed, with the supervisor's approvalQualifications:Forklift certified, able to use a pallet-jack and wrapping machinesTeam player, able to work independently or with othersAble to lift 35 to 50 lbs., repeatedly, and up to 165 lbs. occasionallyAble to read and write, as well as follow directionsWorking Conditions:Warehouse setting; noise, cold, dust, heatSafety conscious at all timesJob Title: Warehouse SelectorDepartment: OperationsReports To: Night Warehouse SupervisorExempt/Nonexempt: Non-ExemptDirect Report: NonePI259751632Apply Here
