Overview

NIGHT WATCH - STABILIZATION AND ASSESSMENT PROGRAM

Pay

$17.50 per hour, $18.50 with a Bachelor's Degree (CNA Certified adds $1 on top of starting pay)

Shifts: Four-hour shifts available from 11pm-3am and 3am-8am

Work Schedule: Part-time employees are required to work 2-3 shifts a week (11pm-3am and/or 3am-8am), with flexibility to pick up additional shifts to support the team.

The Stabilization and Assessment House at New Haven is a residential treatment center dedicated to highly acute adolescents. At New Haven, we're not just a residential treatment center; we're a dedicated haven for adolescent girls aged 12 to 18 and their families. Nestled in the picturesque landscapes of Spanish Fork, Utah, our campus provide more than just treatment - we offer a warm, homely atmosphere!

Our forte lies in tackling intricate challenges such as traumatic stress, family dynamics, relationship hurdles, mental health nuances, and much more - all while maintaining an unwavering focus on family-centered healing. Responsibilities

* Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of students during traditional sleeping hours, staying awake and alert throughout the entire shift.

* Bed Checks: Conduct bed checks every 15 minutes to monitor student safety and address any immediate needs or concerns.

* Student Assistance: Assist students who may be ill or experiencing difficulties, providing necessary support and care.

* Observation and Documentation: Observe and accurately document student behavior, contributing to their care and overall progress.

* Daily Assignments: Complete daily assignments during each shift, ensuring that all responsibilities are met effectively.

* Specialized Tasks: Take on specialized assignments from the Supervisor as required to support the team and students.

* Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Day Staff to ensure seamless transitions between shifts, maintaining a cohesive and supportive environment for our students.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 21 years old or older

* Current driver's license and a good driving record

* Ability to pass a Utah State background check
