North America General Manager base?Silicon Valley
Responsibilities:
1.Lead the North American business team to achieve strategic customer business layouts and breakthroughs, covering industries such as internet, retail, fast-moving consumer goods, automotive, etc.
2.Responsible for the integration of key products and solutions to achieve key product performance targets.
Implement landmark projects and form a replicable sales strategy, building a sales ecosystem.
3.Organize, plan, and establish business and customer relationship maintenance SOPs and other marketing-related systems.
4.Collect market trends and competitive situations, and provide constructive response plans.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above; 8 years or more of sales experience in the North American market is preferred.
2.Prior experience in database, data analysis, or business intelligence software sales management/sales is a plus.
3.Strong project sales operation ability, continuously engaging in business development and expansion.
4.Possess acute market awareness, adaptability, and leadership skills.
