Applexus is seeking an experienced and strategic sales leader to drive growth for our ERP (S/4HANA) and Data & Analytics solutions across North America. As the North America Head of New Logo Sales, you will lead a high-performing team to exceed revenue targets and strengthen client relationships. You will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process, from pipeline development to contract negotiations. This is a crucial role in shaping our market presence and helping clients unlock the full potential of their digital transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the North America Sales team in driving revenue growth across ERP (S/4) and Data & Analytics (D&A) solutions, ensuring achievement of overall revenue targets.Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets.Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective training and coaching programs.Demonstrate a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to ensure the sales team is laser-focused on key priorities and deadlines.Lead complex contract negotiations and help the sales team navigate commercial discussions.Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives at strategic client accounts.Provide management reporting on sales performance, tracking progress against established goals and revenue targets.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to capitalize on emerging opportunities.Represent Applexus at industry events, conferences, and client-facing forums.Skills & Qualifications:
15+ years of sales and sales leadership experience in the IT services or enterprise software industry.Proven track record of leading a team of sales professionals in achieving and exceeding ambitious revenue goals.Extensive knowledge of the SAP ERP ecosystem, including S/4HANA and related technologies is desirable.Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complex customer organizations.Consultative selling skills and ability to be a trusted advisor to client executives.Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiations and commercial deal structuring.Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Should possess a strong executive presence and leadership capabilities.Must be a results-driven taskmaster with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
