Location: Skillman, NJ, moving to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.
Travel %: 10%
Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $98,000 to $167,900. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
What you will do
The North America Operations Excellence Manager will be responsible for leading and organizing strategically important cross-functional activities supporting the goals and objectives of the Kenvue Operations Organization across North America (NA). The North America Operations Excellence Manager will define and manage key program milestones, coordinate resources and lead efforts to deliver projects according to plan. The work will include communication with senior leaders within NA Operations, key business partners within the Business Units (i.e.: Manufacturing, Planning, Source, Deliver, etc.) as well as external partners (ie Quality, Finance, etc). The manager will lead our sustainability & resiliency efforts across the E2E supply chain. The candidate will be a detail-oriented person who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong learning ability. The ideal candidate can juggle multiple deadlines and enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment supporting high-growth fast-paced business units.
Key Responsibilities
* Influencing & collaborating with strategic business partners to support Operations Sustainability objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
* Developing new program objectives and timelines to support the strategic direction of the organization.
* Leading cross functional teams, engaging business unit leads, Enterprise, and Global resources.
* Develop and maintain performance metrics in alignment with business goals
* Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Assist in rolling out performance management processes across the Operations organization
* Collect and analyze data on performance metrics in areas of sustainability, quality, cost, and delivery to support key scorecards and business reviews.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
* 6-8 years of Supply Chain or equivalent business experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, etc
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
* Strong understanding of Supply Chain & E2E mindset required.
* Demonstrate ability to strike a balance between big picture planning and detailed execution required.
* Outstanding organizational, communication, influence and interpersonal skills required.
* Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional projects with tight deadlines required.
Desired Qualifications
* Strong financial acumen preferred.
* Lean / Process Excellence / Six Sigma Training and Certification is preferred.
* Proven experience in program or project management preferred; Certified PMP or FPX trained is an asset.
* Flexibility and ability to quickly adjust on the fly to new demands; high sense of urgency.
