-25 minutes N of Springfield MA, 1 Hour E of Stockbridge MA-25 minutes N of Northampton, 25 minutes S of Brattleboro VT-PMHNP - Hospital step down respite unit - offer Diagnostic/assessment services-Consult with hospital ED's re: patients in Emergency Services Program & Crisis Stabilization programs-Assist transition of patient discharges to community-based mental health care-RN/NP exp. in ED/Inpatient/Urgent Care setting a plus-MAT experience a plus-Assist in design and process implementation-5(8's) or 4(10's) schedule available, Mon-Fri-All electronic EMR-$125K to $145K w full benefits + 5% match on 403b and annual salary increase
