Locums - A well respected group is looking for an experience Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) near South Bend, Indiana. ASAP start date for a period of 6 months to start Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) Minimum of 1 year working with elderly population Active IN license, BLS, CDS, DEA M-F, 8a-4p Rotating call 1 week on, 1 week off Will consider part-time hours for the right candidate All inclusive care for the elderly, coordinate and provide all needed preventative, primary, acute and long term services EMR used is TruChart Competitive hourly rate, mileage and travel provided as needed Please refer to Job ID #5105
